Adaptive Learn-to-Row Clinic
at the Indianapolis Rowing Center
Saturday, September 17th, 2011
Adaptive rowing is a fantastic sport for individuals with physical disabilities. Join the Indianapolis Rowing Center for a 1-day learn to row session covering an introduction to the sport of rowing, proper technique, and on-water training.
Date: September 17, 2011 from 10am to 4pm (Lunch provided) (rain or shine)
Cost: $10 per participant. Limited to 8 ambulatory participants and 6 non-ambulatory participants
Particpant Criteria: Must be at least 12 years old and have enough core strength to support your upper body.
Guest Speaker will be US Paralympic rower, Emma Preuschl!
